SolarSkirt company are very fast at replying to emails and queries, the quote was the cheapest and best solution by far because they didn't use costly cherry pickers or scaffolding. Our installer Warwick was on time, polite and friendly. He completed the installation in a good time and it looks great. I had SolaSkirt fitted to my 14 PV panels while the scaffolding was still up from the PV panel installation. I knew that pigeons would be a problem because of the problems that neighbours with PV panels have had. Dealing with this company has been a refreshing change; everyone from Sales to the installer on the day have been really helpful and considerate. It's been a long time from quotation to installation as a result of delays in getting approval for my microgeneration equipment then scheduling it in the busy installer's calendar. Even faced with last-minute hitches, the guys at SolaSkirt never missed a beat. Tony, the installer, deserves a special mention - his attention to detail is as good as mine. The product itself looks great and I am very pleased with it. I'm happy to recommend both the company and the product.

Having almost made the decision to use a local authority ‘group scheme installer’, I contacted ‘Solar Skirt’, a bird protection system recommended by a neighbour, that I wanted to use and install with our forthcoming system. During my research, I found ‘Titan Eco’ an associated ‘Solar’ company and asked them for a solar scheme quotation including ‘Solar Skirt’.Their quote was extremely competitive and included the bird protection I sought, saving us a considerable amount of money. We subsequently placed a contract with ‘Titan Eco’ for the supply and installation of solar panels, inverter, house battery and 'Eddie' (an automatic power diverter connected to the water heater). This was all installed about twelve months ago and the system is serving us extremely well.Pre-installation ‘Titan Eco’ arranged for scaffolding and timely arrival of all materials to our home. On the agreed due date, their installation technicians arrived promptly, and we found them to be proficient, courteous and friendly, taking time to discuss and explaining things as required, or as we requested. They were particularly helpful with the siting of equipment and routing of wires internally and externally, to meet our wish for them to be out of site as far as practicable. On completion of work, the site was cleared of excess or unwanted materials and left clean and tidy, both inside and out, with all scaffolding being promptly removed.We have been ‘up & running’ now for almost twelve months, during which time the after sales service has always been, available, easily contactable and extremely helpful with any queries. I.E.: Setting up arrangements for energy supplier approvals to export excess energy and subsequent advice regarding our change to an electric vehicle, plus some, non ‘Titan Eco’ issues we’ve had to resolve during this time.Accordingly, my wife and I are very happy to highly recommend ‘Titan Eco’’ but perhaps more importantly, we feel they are a company with a 'personal touch' that we can trust.So, thank you, Sam, Simon, Lyndsay and the rest of the team. For helping a couple of 'Senior Citizens' through the planning, admin, installation and commissioning of our solar system into a ‘greener’ and I hope, ‘more economical’ future.

Hi all , i have used this company 3 times so far. They have outdone my expectations each time ,I had 8 panels installed about 9 years ago (SolarEdge)with a different company. One of my panels ceased working and was still under warranty but unfortunately, the company who fitted them went into liquidation.I searched for a company who could replace the faulty part and found Titan Eco, I decided to have them install a 9.5 Kw GivEnergy Battery at the same time .What a huge difference to my bills this made , so to go further I had and extra 8.2 GivEnergy battery fitted to store more energy and cut my energy cost down even more.I went back to Titan Eco and had a further 6 panels installed on my Cabin which I cannot even tell you how beneficial these are .I mostly live off grid now in good weather and have even started charging my EV with the excess solar generated.If your looking for a professional company who give great advice and no hard selling tactics then this company is the one for you, competitive prices and reliable.The big Boss Sam was fantastic and explained what I could and couldn’t have .The fitters that did the installation were fantastic, on time tidy and a real asset to the company. They explained in detail anything that I needed to know and made sure I knew how the set up worked.You will not be disappointed with this company from the Big Boss to all the office staff and fitters they are a great company all around.Communication was second to none and wish other companies took this approach.If I could give more stars on this review it would be as many as they could put on GoogleHope this review helpsKeep up the great work guys , I am sure I will be back for more panels soon

A year now has passed since Titan Eco installed 206 panels on the roof of our warehouse and offices, so this review is well overdue. But we do have the advantage of perspective now and the long view may help business owners who are considering solar panels make an informed choice. We firmly believe we couldn’t have picked a better installer than Titan Eco. 12 months on, the quality of their decision-making in the early stages of the project has become increasingly clear. The system up there works and works very well. The installation itself, over about a week, was efficient and issue-free, but Titan’s real strength was in listening to us and prioritising our concerns at all stages of the process. Last-minute changes were accommodated without fuss, questions were answered and Sam in particular couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and felt we were getting value for money. Titan had, in us, an exacting, not so say finicky customer and when we realised that the noise of the inverters was going to be too loud for employees inside, Sam had the inverters re-sited outside at no extra cost. Over the 12 months, the partners Titan work with have also proved their quality. Out the other side as we are now, seeing returns on our solar panel investment well in excess of Titan’s estimates, it’s right to warn any businesses at the beginning of the journey that you will spend a lot of time dealing with network and meter operators, with regulators and power purchasers and it's often fairly joyless. But Titan Eco will be a shining light in all of it and you’re unlikely to find anyone better to guide you through.

I have used Titan Eco on 3 occasions. Firstly to fit SolaSkirts to my installed solar panels. This was done without using scaffolding and the end result is to make them pigeon proof and they look very professional. Subsequent to this work, Titan Eco added an addition 4 solar panels and and extra solar battery. On the third visit they fitted an upgraded Solis battery inverter and an additional solar battery. I have always found Titan Eco to be very reliable to deal with and their engineers are high quality, fully trained solar energy systems. I would have no hesitation in recommending Titan Eco.

Titan Eco installed 22 in-roof solar PV panels to our slate roof, plus a Tesla Powerwall, to our new build 6 months ago. Everything is performing well and seems to be well-matched to our usage, so I'd say the system was well-designed compared to what other companies were proposing. Installation was smooth, and the prices were very reasonable. They managed to fit the battery, inverter and all other electrics in a very tight space in our plant room - all very neat! Sam and Simon have been great at communicating throughout. I highly recommend Titan Eco for any solar installation!

Purchased 9 panels and battery, then a few months later purchased another 2 panels. Titan Eco, installed a GivEnergy Home battery system and some additional Solar Panels for me, they made an excerlent job of it, completing the installation to a very high standard, on time and on budget. This was almost 2 year ago now, so I thought it would be useful to include my findings on system performance and cost savings observed. I have added the tables and graphs I refer to in the text as photos, I hope that it will all make sense.Solar PannelsHere are our solar cost saving and profit figures for the period from May 2023 to May 2024. The Bar graph showing the cost savings plus profit, the purple line is savings in imported energy (in kWh) and the black line the CO2 reduction in Kgs this has made. The table provides some extra details.We have two solar arrays the first was installed in 2010 and is fully amortised since 2019, the second system was installed in 2022 and will have paid for itself by 2028.Both of our Solar arrays were installed in a single day and caused us almost no disruption. We are fortunate in being early solar adopters and have benefited from the generous Feed in Tariff scheme. But solar is still a worthwhile investment. The current Smart Export Scheme can be quite a money spinner as well especially if you have a battery system too. Of course It’s not all about the bottom line. Producing your own electricity from nothing but sunshine is such a cool thing to be able to do.Home Battery SystemWe have had the home battery system for almost 2 years now. It is a 19 kWh GivEnergy system (2 x 9.5 kWh units) and a 3 kW AC coupled inverter. It only took a couple of days to install and now sits quietly in our garage just doing its job. We are so pleased with it. The battery enables us to run from off-peak electricity 90% of the time which is not only a lot cheaper it is also greener as the grid is at its cleanest overnight. On top of that, by breaking the direct link between solar production and usage we can use 94% of our solar power ourselves and Solar now accounts for about 35% of our total power requirements. Not only does a home battery complements solar so well, if you also have a cheap off-peak EV tariff then in can be great in the winter months too as you can charge it overnight on cheap electricity which can then be used to run the house throughout the next day.Also attached are the figures for the last 12 months in both graph and table form.
