Smart Export Guarantee Tariffs (SEG)

The Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) was introduced in 2020 to require some electricity suppliers to pay small-scale generators, such as people with PV systems, for the low-carbon electricity that they export back to the grid.  You can read more about it here.
