With the amount of solar required to be installed on every new build house expected to rise dramatically the need for solar to meet SAP requirements has never been needed. The key is not only to deliver solutions that enhance the building, but that provide free energy for the new owners or tenants and meet the developers SAP requirements
We work with numerous house builders and supply in-roof and flat roof solar PV systems, either split out to deliver energy to each property or to the landlords supply. We can also design and install car charging solutions for the developer which is also required for all new developments from 2022.
We also work closely with architects to ensure that the right system is designed from the start, taking into account current the currently available solar panels and mounting solutions.
